Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns are accepted only for items purchased through our official website.
Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear, swimwear, and any hygiene-sensitive products
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
- Customized or personalized products
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, a store credit or refund (as applicable) will be issued.
Return Process
- Email us at contact@revivestyle.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong or defective item.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
